Cancellation & Refunds

A clear summary of lesson changes, pack withdrawals and statutory consumer rights.

Lesson cancellation or rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before the scheduled lesson. When possible, use the calendar rescheduling option; direct contact with Denise via WhatsApp is preferred. Requests with less than 4 hours' notice are not guaranteed a new time and will be considered individually.

Pack booking

For FastTrack and Deep Dive packs, the first lesson can be booked from 48 hours after purchase, subject to availability.

14-day statutory withdrawal right

For distance contracts for services, consumers generally have 14 days from the date the contract is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to the rules and exceptions in applicable law.

If you book a lesson to take place during that 14-day period, you expressly request that the service begin before the withdrawal period has expired. If you then validly exercise the withdrawal right after performance has begun, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the service already provided up to the time you communicate the withdrawal.

Lessons already provided

A completed lesson is a service already performed. Refund requests do not reverse the fact that the service has been provided; any statutory refund calculation will take account of services already performed where the law permits.

How to request a withdrawal or refund

Send an unequivocal statement identifying the purchase and your request to denisecastro@denisemcastro.com. You may also contact Denise through WhatsApp. Keep a copy of your communication. Where a refund is legally due, it will be processed using an appropriate method and within the applicable legal deadline.
